Should you place an order that you then need to cancel, call the Customer Service department at MeyerDC as soon as possible at 1-800-472-4221 or fill out the following form:

Because their team works quickly to expedite shipping, your order may already have left the warehouse by the time you call. Should that occur, you should simply refuse the order when it arrives at your location. The shipper will return it to MeyerDC and you will not be charged for the product or for restocking.
