1. Return Policy

At MeyerDC, we are dedicated to providing a satisfactory shopping experience. To return merchandise purchased within the last 30 days, please log into your account and view your order history. For merchandise purchased more than 30 days ago, please contact customer service at 800-472-4221.

With the exception of custom or personalized products, you may exchange or return any merchandise purchased at MeyerDC within 30 days and be reimbursed for the cost of the product (excluding freight). All returns must be:

  • Unopened
  • Not expired
  • In salable condition

2. Restocking Fees

  • After 30 days, a 15% restocking fee will be applied
  • After 60 days, a 25% restocking fee will be applied
  • No returns accepted after 90 days
  • Custom ordered items are non-returnable

3. Important Updated Return Policy for Product Categories

As a provider of personal protective equipment (PPE), COVID-19 has created an unusually high demand in masks, sanitizer, disposable clothing, gloves, hazmat items, etc. MeyerDC is doing as much as possible to help minimize the spread of COVID-19. To avoid cross-contamination of returned merchandise, we are not accepting any returns or cancellations until further notice.

For the following products, we are no longer accepting returns and all sales are final:

  • Masks
  • Gloves
  • Thermometers
  • Pulse oximeters
  • Hand sanitizer
  • Isolation gowns
  • Face shields
  • Sneeze Guards

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue products.
