MeyerDC Shipping Policy

You can expect to receive your order within 1–3 days with our industry-leading shipping cutoff times: Orders for in-stock items will be shipped to you from the nearest MeyerDC warehouse on the same working day, if placed before 6 p.m. EST or 5 p.m. PST. Shipping costs are determined by the order size, weight, shipping method, and delivery address.

If your order needs to be delivered outside the continental U.S. (AK, HI, PR or GU), please contact us or call 800-472-4221 to obtain an estimate. For urgent deliveries, expedited services, including Saturday delivery, are available. However, additional charges will apply.

MeyerDC Offers $9.95 Flat Rate Ground Shipping on Orders up to 100 Lbs.

Exclusions for flat rate shipping include:

  • Orders over 100 lbs.
  • Truck orders
  • Next-day or second-day delivery
  • Deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii
  • Hazardous items
  • Mattresses

Additional Shipping Charges

Some shipments may require an additional charge, including:

  • Certain oversize items
  • Equipment, scales, carts, and any orders weighing more than 350 lbs.
  • Orders delivered outside the continental U.S.
  • Urgent and expedited deliveries

Damaged Merchandise Policy

All MeyerDC orders are free on board (FOB) shipping point, meaning the carrier is responsible for merchandise after it leaves our warehouse. On rare occasions, a package may be damaged or lost in transit. For your protection, please follow these procedures:

  • Carefully inspect each carton for damage
  • Check the shipment against the carrier’s delivery receipt to make sure you have received all cartons listed.
  • Have the driver note shortages or damage, even if slight, on the delivery receipt.
  • Immediately after delivery, open all cartons and inspect for concealed damage. If you find any damage, DO NOT discard the cartons or any contents of your package.
