Advanced Molecular Labs Post-Workout uses the synergistic muscle building compounds creatine and betaine in combination with leucine to create a post workout formula designed to enhance muscle cell growth and strength. Leucine stimulates post-workout anabolism for better recovery and stimulates muscle protein synthesis. Creatine boosts muscle size, energy, and strength, and also may increase the power output during exercise, and combining it with leucine also helps to stop myostatin from inhibiting the anabolic process.
