The Freeze Sleeve is a revolutionary cold therapy compression sleeve that provides relief and recovery for aching muscles and joints. Invented by CEO and founder Mike Riordan, the reusable Freeze Sleeve offers patients of all ages a comfortable, nontoxic, and leakproof cold therapy option coupled with therapeutic compression support for improved, targeted relief—in office and at home. Recommended for relief from arthritis, tendinitis, inflammation, tennis or golfer’s elbow, cubital tunnel syndrome, fibromyalgia, and orthopedic discomfort.
The Freeze Sleeve is specifically designed to provide cold therapy + compression in one 20 min. session so patients can recover and get moving fast! Add it as part of your post-treatment recovery plan, as an additional treatment aid during TENS stimulation, and more.
The Freeze Sleeve also makes the perfect retail option for recovery care at home. Offer patients the ability to cool and compress their muscle and joint aches between treatments, providing them with additional care and you with new revenue.
The Freeze Sleeve cools and soothes sore muscles and joints by transferring the cold to the skin and muscle tissue as it absorbs the body’s heat. The length of time the cold is transferred to the body is specifically calibrated for the recommended 15–20 minutes of cryotherapy.
The unique compression fabric of the Freeze Sleeve allows for direct skin contact straight from the freezer without fear of skin burns or stings.
The unique material of the Freeze Sleeve prevents any stings or skin burns like ice. Patients do not need to worry about freezer burns or accidental tissue damage from over-icing.
Durable and flexible, the Freeze Sleeve is made with a specially formulated solid gel covered in a soft compression fabric that helps prevent leaks. Plus, the compression design allows the Freeze Sleeve to be used comfortably on multiple areas of the arms and legs.
The Freeze Sleeve’s easy slip-on process eliminates the need for messy ice bags, cumbersome wraps, and multi-step products, allowing for full range of motion.
The Freeze Sleeve features a lightweight, stay-put design plus 360° coverage that allows patients to apply daily cold therapy compression treatment on the go.
All Freeze Sleeve products are made in the USA for quality you can count on.

The sleeve will be completely cold and ready for another treatment within 2 hours depending on the sleeve size and temperature of the freezer.
The sleeve will provide 15–20 minutes of cold therapy treatment. Throughout the treatment duration, the sleeve will acclimate to the user's body temperature and eliminate the risk of burning the skin or causing any long-term muscle or tissue damage.
Since the sleeves are made of a solid hydro-based gel, they are not waterproof. The gel itself is antimicrobial, antibacterial, and nontoxic. To clean the fabric, simply wipe down with an antibacterial wipe.
There is a sizing chart and measurement guide on the Freeze Sleeve website and back of the bag, but if someone is in between sizes, always suggest the larger size so the user does not stretch the gel too much, thus reducing the cold therapy time.
We recommend going for the larger size to ensure adequate cold therapy with a little less compression.
Yes, the threaded side of the sleeve is always at the bottom to ensure maximum fit and compression.
Yes, they should keep their sleeve dry as water will cause damage to the gel inside. We highly recommend storing the sleeve in the plastic bag provided. As an extra precautionary step, double bag the sleeve using a freezer bag.
NO, the sleeve should not get wet. If it gets dirty, use a damp cloth to wipe it down and lay it on a flat dry surface to dry. The sleeve is nontoxic and antimicrobial, so it will not smell.
Always slide the sleeve on with the wide end at the top. The black threading should always be at the bottom on both the knee or elbow. The sleeve should be tight and have compression; however, if it is too tight (i.e. too small), the sleeve will overstretch. When the sleeve is too small, it will lose it's cold therapy too fast and not provide optimal results. Likewise, if the sleeve is too loose (i.e. too large), the user will not receive the compression therapy along with the cold therapy. Also, when a user moves around, the sleeve should not slip off. Refer to the sizing chart to ensure best fit.
